User Agreement
Updated March 06, 2024This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you (the "user") may use Xpolyglot, provided by FiveSheep OÜ ("we", "us", or "our").
License:
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Xpolyglot on your macOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.
Restrictions:
While you are allowed to use the content generated by Xpolyglot for personal and commercial purposes, under this license, you may not:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Xpolyglot software itself.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the source code from Xpolyglot.
- Share, transfer, or sublicense the Xpolyglot software to any third party not expressly authorized by this agreement.
Intellectual Property:
Xpolyglot and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and service marks, are owned by FiveSheep OÜ. Your use of Xpolyglot under this agreement does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
Xpolyglot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. FiveSheep OÜ disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability:
FiveSheep OÜ shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use Xpolyglot.
Governing Law:
This agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Amendments:
FiveSheep OÜ reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Your continued use of Xpolyglot following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
